"The secret ingredient isn't just love-it's patience, premium cocoa, and a touch of sea salt."

Lanamelts began in a sun-drenched apartment kitchen with a single goal: to create the world’s most indulgent brownie. No shortcuts, no artificial fillers-just honest ingredients and time-honored techniques.
What started as a weekend hobby for friends quickly grew into mission to redefine the artisan dessert scene. We believe that life’s best moments happen when we slow down and savor the simple things.
Every tray that leaves our kitchen is hand-cut, hand-wrapped, and infused with the spirit of slow living that defines our craft.

Step 01

Double-Boiled Ritual

Chocolate is never rushed. We melt our cacao and butter using a gentle double-boiler method to preserve the volatile aroma compounds.

Step 02

The Gentle Fold

We fold our flour by hand in small increments. This avoids over-developing gluten, ensuring that signature “fudge” consistency.

Step 03

Resting & Maturing

Our brownies rest for exactly 12 hours before cutting. This allows the fats to stabilize and the flavor profile to deepen significantly.
