At Lana Melts, every box is baked fresh for your order. We take great care to ensure that your brownies arrive in the best possible condition, whether you are in Klang Valley or anywhere across Malaysia.
1. Baking and Dispatch Schedule
- All brownies are baked on the same day they are scheduled for delivery.
- We do not keep ready-made stock to ensure maximum freshness.
- Orders confirmed before our cut-off time will be baked and dispatched on the same day. Orders made after the cut-off may be delivered the following day.
2. Klang Valley Delivery
- Selected areas within Klang Valley may be eligible for same-day delivery depending on the time of order.
- Delivery timing may vary based on traffic, weather or seasonal demand.
- Customers will be notified once their order is on the way.
- Nationwide Delivery (Malaysia)
We deliver to all major states in Malaysia through trusted courier partners.
Please note:
- Delivery duration may vary between 1 to 3 working days depending on location.
- Rural or outskirt areas may take slightly longer.
- Courier delays during festive seasons or severe weather are beyond our control.
Tracking information will be provided (if available) once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- Handling During Transit
As our brownies are soft and freshly baked:
- Minor texture changes may occur due to temperature and handling during delivery.
- A short warming time in the microwave will restore their intended soft centre and chocolate aroma.
We pack each box securely, but slight imperfections may occur during transit through third-party couriers.
5. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees vary based on location and courier rates.
- Klang Valley may have special rates for express or same-day services.
- Christmas Promotion: Free delivery when purchasing three boxes or more.
- Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Wrong or incomplete addresses
- Unreachable recipients
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Courier re-delivery limitationsIf a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives severely damaged, please notify us on the same day with photos or a video of the parcel (unboxing recommended).
We will assess and advise accordingly.
- Delivery During Peak Seasons
During festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year or Hari Raya:
- Delivery times may be longer than usual
- We advise placing orders early to avoid delays
We do our best to dispatch on time, but courier backlogs during these periods are outside our control.
